Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of instruction
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Communicate with school staff and parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Implement effective behavior management techniques
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other developmental challenges
- Foster a love of learning and promote student engagement

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and grade levels
- Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver instruction effectively
- Experience in lesson planning is preferred but not required
- A degree in education or related field is preferred but not required
